VIP SHIPPING FOR 2026!
VIP shipping is subject to the following terms:
1. VIP SHIPPING program* offers free shipping for the entire designated calendar year commencing on January 1st and ending on December 31st for all qualifying purchases.
2. VIP SHIPPING program is available for addresses located in the contiguous 48 USA states (USA-48). Alaska, Hawaii, and international are excluded.
3. VIP SHIPPING program is offered for purchase December 1st through December 31st preceding the designated term year.
4. VIP SHIPPING customers pay a one-time fee of $99 and receive 1 year of free shipping for all qualifying purchases** made at HutchBMX.com during the designated term year.
5. VIP SHIPPING customers will receive a coupon code that is specific to that person/household/address. Use of the coupon code at checkout will reduce the shipping cost to $0.00 for transactions made during the designated calendar term.
6. Sharing or use of the coupon code by other than the issued person/household/address is prohibited and will constitute a violation of the program terms and conditions, and the coupon code will be immediately voided. No refunds will be provided for early termination of the designated annual term due to customer violation of the VIP Shipping terms and conditions.
7. HutchBMX.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to use the most economical shipping method available by UPS and USPS.
8. HutchBMX.com will ship all parcels valued at $750 or more with Signature Required.
9. VIP SHIPPING program is a one-time purchase for the designated calendar term and is non-refundable. No partial or full refunds will be provided under any reason or circumstance, except as noted below.
10. HutchBMX.com reserves the right to terminate VIP Shipping for any customer at any time. A refund of the pro-rated portion of the unused designated term will be provided, the lesser of which calculated as either 1) $99 minus the sum of calculated shipping costs per order(s) placed within the designated term, or 2) $99 pro-rated per the remaining number of days of the designated term.
11. **VIP SHIPPING qualifying purchases include all in-stock merchandise, excluding complete bicycles.
12. Customers who purchase VIP Shipping will receive a coupon code sent to the e-mail address associated with the VIP Shipping purchase transaction. Please allow up to 2 business days. The billing address associated with the VIP Shipping purchase is the designated address that future orders for merchandise will be sent to. One address change per designated term is permitted, which shall remain in-effect for the remainder of that designated term.
