Every pre-order for a Trick Star frame/fork is GUARANTEED to be fulfilled, and there is NO LIMIT on how many you may purchase.
Pre-order consists of full-price + shipping paid at time of order. Once the item arrives to us, it will ship to your address without any further interaction from you. Pre-order frame/fork is similar to purchasing something that’s on back-order. Once it’s in-stock, it will automatically ship to you.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO UNITED STATES POST OFFICE BOXES. You must place your order using a payment source that is associated with a legitimate street address, and that there will be someone present to sign for the package.
Cancelled orders are subject to an 8% order cancellation fee.
Additional terms:
- Pre-order is optional. If you decide to pre-order, it is your choice. A certain quantity will also be available when the shipment arrives for purchase later. Those quantities are limited, and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The pre-order is the only method to GUARANTEE that you will receive the item.
- Once the item ships to you, the typical returns/exchange policy applies that is published on the HutchBMX.com website. Returns are in the form of a store credit, and shipping to/from is not eligible for credit or refund.
- THE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL TO US IS NOVEMBER. Orders will ship to customers IN THE ORDER THAT THEY WERE RECEIVED. So when you see updates on social media that show we received the shipment, please do not call to ask “when will my order ship?”. It’s our most busiest time as we hustle to get them out the door, and calls like that really slow the process down for everyone including you.
- All packages valued at $500 or more will ship to USA-48 customers via UPS GROUND WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED. WE MUST SHIP TO THE ADDRESS FROM YOUR ORDER THAT’S ON-FILE WITH YOUR PAYMENT SOURCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you not able to sign for the package, you must call UPS with the tracking number and ask them to hold the package at the nearest UPS facility for you to pick it up. We do not assist with this process, nor do we assist with address changes or forwarding. It is important to understand that we are not UPS and we do not deliver the package to you. Parcels are regulated through world-standard FOB statutes which state that once a tracking number is generated and scanned into the system of the carrier service (UPS), it is now UPS’s responsibility to deliver the package to you. ANY ISSUES WITH MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES MUST BE DIRECTED TO UPS. Hutch is not responsible to get the package to you, we are responsible to get the package transferred to the carrier for you.
- While we work tirelessly to ensure that our suppliers provide the best possible chrome-plated finish, chrome-plating is an extremely difficult process for both technical and environmental reasons. No other bicycle brand on the planet is manufacturing production-level chrome-plated frames or complete bicycles for this reason. If your plan is to get your eyeballs gazing through a magnifying glass to inspect for defects, then your expectations are unrealistic and this is not the product for you. But if you want to purchase one of the only chrome-plated bicycles and appreciate it for the work of art that it is because you want to get outside and ride, then we hope you enjoy and appreciate the best quality that today’s manufacturing can provide. It is for these reasons that we do not warranty most cosmetic defects. However, if in rare situation something is extremely out of the norm, please call and describe the issue in detail so we can work with you to resolve it to the best of our ability. Our goal is to make every customer satisfied, but understand that we are also limited to what is possible and realistic for cosmetic issues.
