THIS LISTING IS FOR THE $500.00 DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE. THE $500 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
Every pre-order for a Trick Star complete bicycle is GUARANTEED to be fulfilled, and there is NO LIMIT on how many you may purchase.
This item is available for pre-order from May 3rd to May 31st, 2024. We will send an Invoice to your email address in June for the remaining balance due. Please check your spam and junk folders if you do not see the Invoice in your inbox. It is your responsibility to notify us if you did not receive your Invoice by June 30st, 2024.
The Invoice sent to you will include shipping. Complete bicycles are pre-packaged and cannot be opened to insert other smaller items for combined shipping. If you purchased multiple smaller items, you will received itemized multiple shipping costs on your Invoice.
Shipping to USA-48 is FLAT RATE $99 per bicycle. The checkout process will tell you that shipping is free but it will be added to your Invoice for later payment.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada is CALCULATED based on actual rate, per bicycle.
The HutchBMX.com website will ship factory-direct to WORLDWIDE locations and will be CALCULATED based on actual rate, per bicycle. Hutch will collect from you the import duty required by each country and pre-pay that amount on your behalf. International shipments will also be insured for $2500 loss or damage per package because the cost of this insurance is relatively inexpensive for the value it provides. The import duty and insurance will be reflected as your total sum due for shipping on your Invoice. To many countries, the import duty may be considerably higher than the cost of shipping and insurance. This reflects your county’s tax system, not ours. We are required by U.S. law to accurately disclose value of all international shipments. Please do not ask us to declare lower values, because you are asking us to break the law. Your Invoice also acts as paperwork you may need to claim your parcel so please print and retain a copy of the paid invoice.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO UNITED STATES POST OFFICE BOXES. You must place your order using a payment source that is associated with a legitimate street address, and that there will be someone present to sign for the package. Any order errors such as this which require a refund to proceed will incur an 8% transaction fee.
Additional terms:
- Pre-order is optional. If you decide to pre-order, it is your choice. A certain quantity will also be available when the shipment arrives for purchase later. Those quantities are limited, and sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The pre-order is the only method to GUARANTEE that you will receive the item (subject to you also paying the remaining balance + shipping).
- Pre-order consists of immediate payment of the $500 deposit with an Invoice sent for the remaining item(s) price + shipping. You will have MULTIPLE PAYMENT OPTIONS within this Invoice for partial payments spread over time, and also using multiple payment sources such as credit card, Pay-Pal, and Zelle. Payment in-full must be received ON OR BEFORE NOVEMBER 1ST, 2024. When the shipment arrives to us AND your Invoice is paid in-full, your order will ship to you with no further interaction needed.
- Once the item ships to you, the typical returns/exchange policy applies that is published on the HutchBMX.com website. Returns are in the form of a store credit, and shipping to/from is not eligible for credit or refund.
- THE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL TO US IS NOVEMBER. At that time we will inventory all stock, then try our best to arrange that inventory by serial number. We will attempt to send frame serial numbers to customers in the order that those customer orders were received, but we cannot guarantee that will happen. Orders will ship to customers IN THE ORDER THAT THEY WERE RECEIVED AND INVOICES PAID. So when you see updates on social media that show we received the shipment, please do not call to ask “when will my order ship?”. It’s our most busiest time as we hustle to get them out the door, and calls like that really slow the process down for everyone including you.
- All packages valued at $500 or more will ship to USA-48 customers via UPS GROUND WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED. WE MUST SHIP TO THE ADDRESS FROM YOUR ORDER THAT’S ON-FILE WITH YOUR PAYMENT SOURCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you not able to sign for the package, you must call UPS with the tracking number and ask them to hold the package at the nearest UPS facility for you to pick it up. We do not assist with this process, nor do we assist with address changes or forwarding. It is important to understand that we are not UPS and we do not deliver the package to you. Parcels are regulated through world-standard FOB statutes which state that once a tracking number is generated and scanned into the system of the carrier service (UPS), it is now UPS’s responsibility to deliver the package to you. ANY ISSUES WITH MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES MUST BE DIRECTED TO UPS. Hutch is not responsible to get the package to you, we are responsible to get the package transferred to the carrier for you.
- While we work tirelessly to ensure that our suppliers provide the best possible chrome-plated finish, chrome-plating is an extremely difficult process for both technical and environmental reasons. No other bicycle brand on the planet is manufacturing production-level chrome-plated frames or complete bicycles for this reason. If your plan is to get your eyeballs gazing through a magnifying glass to inspect for defects, then your expectations are unrealistic and this is not the product for you. But if you want to purchase one of the only chrome-plated bicycles and appreciate it for the work of art that it is because you want to get outside and ride, then we hope you enjoy and appreciate the best quality that today’s manufacturing can provide. It is for these reasons that we do not warranty most cosmetic defects. However, if in rare situation something is extremely out of the norm, please call and describe the issue in detail so we can work with you to resolve it to the best of our ability. Our goal is to make every customer satisfied, but understand that we are also limited to what is possible and realistic for cosmetic issues.
